Chair Clark of parliament, Cyril Kwabena Oteng Nsiah has been caught by minority members in parliament after the leader of the minority side Haruna Iddrisu pressed on him to present evidence of the document he received.
There was a huge contention between both majority and minority members in parliament. It was later revealed that the content of the document was fake and such brought about chaos and near banter.
