Mrs. Zita Benson has slammed president Akufo-Addo for placing a ban on weddings but allowing Churches and Mosques to operate.
President Akufo-Addo in his 23rd address to the nation on Sunday, January 31, 2021 has placed restrictions n funerals, weddings and other activities that involves social.
To the surprise of many Ghanaians, the president has left out left out churches, schools and mosques.
Against this background, the former Minister for Information and Tourism under the late Prof. Mills’ NDC administration says the action of Akufo-Addo does not make any sense.
Mrs. Zita Benson took to her official Facebook page has thrown some swipes at president Akufo-Addo.
She wrote;
“Ban on weddings and funerals but churches and schools can operate at full capacity. It makes sense anaaaa.”
