Security company management, Lion Heart Security, has officially launched its business and corporate website in Ghana at www.Lionheartsecurity.com.
In press statement copied to Fnnewsroom.com, the company has revealed plans of changing the face of security service in the country.
The statement has again revealed that the company is working judiciously to help curb the high rate of youth unemployment in the country to recruiting more the youths.

It was incorporated by former officers from Ghana Police Service, Ghana Arm Force, and business professionals to provide quality security services to the commercial, industrial and residential sectors and Event Security We have the expertise and skills required for the ever-changing security needs. Our security officers provide a visible security presence, demonstrating a broad range of skills from general guarding to highly specialized security roles.
Our pre-employment background investigation far exceeds that of most police department jurisdictions. In addition, we have employed a staff psychologist to oversee the initial screening of our personnel, by implementing a pre-employment written psychological inventory and a psychological interview. Furthermore, our personnel all submit to a battery of aptitude tests, a 5-panel drug screening, and extensive in-service training regarding criminal law and police defensive tactics.
LHSS offers, free of charge, supervisory personnel to ensure strict adherence to our general orders and your rules, regulations, and ordinances. LHSS supervisors are utilized as a liaison between LHSS and our clients. Supervisors are on duty 24 hours a day, 365 days per year for your convenience and will regularly make spot checks to prevent the issue of complacency.
