Ghana’s President, Dr. Mahamudu Bawumia has lost his beautiful mother, Hajia Mariama Bawumia to the cold hands of death.
The Vice President sadly took to social media to announce the death of his beloved mother whom he affectionately calls maame.
He posted on Facebook;
“It is with great sadness that I announce the passing of my beloved mother, Hajia Mariama Bawumia.”
“Hajia Mariama passed away peacefully this morning in Accra. Burial is scheduled for tomorrow, Tuesday, September 14, 2021, in Walewale.”
