NPP, Akufo-Addo Won’t Stay In Power Forever – Maurice Ampaw

Private Legal Practitioner, Maurice Ampaw has stated loud and clear that the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP) and President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo will not stay in power forever.

Speaking on a Kumasi-based Wontumi TV’s ‘Mra Ne Abramu Nsem, the outspoken Lawyer revealed that a day will come when NPP will definitely lose elections to another political party to take over the affairs of the country.

He, however, noted that winning political power does not mean the entire country belongs to the winner alone.

He stressed;

“I want to say that, the NPP and Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo Addo will not stay in power forever. Whether they like it or not, they will one day vacate power for another political party to take over the affairs of the country.”

“Bear in mind that, Nana Akufo Addo will not stay in power forever so the NDC must prepare well in opposition to take over when the time comes”.
