Italian artist Alfredo Lo Brutto was able to photograph a beautiful shot that looked like Jesus with His arms outstretched during sunset in Italy.
“I was enchanted by the view,” the artist said.
“I don’t often share pictures on social media, but when I took this one, I instantly felt like I wanted other people to see because it was so beautiful.”
The photo immediately went viral with many social media users saying that they could clearly see the shape of Jesus in the sky with His arms in a blessing gesture.
Lo Brutto’s timing couldn’t have been more perfect as he captured the image right when sunlight pierced through the clouds.
Some reported that it looked a lot like an illuminated version of the Christ the Redeemer statue in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil.
The statue, made of reinforced concrete and soapstone is the tallest statue of Christ ever made standing 120 feet tall! Definitely another sight to be seen.
Info Cilento in Italy reported that the image was taken from Piazza Sanseverino.
“Luminous figure seems human, the classic Christ blessing that we see in many representations…that is attracting the attention of many people.”
This isn’t the first time people have seen Jesus in some surprising ways. Last year, Cathy Radar found the image of Jesus Christ on a horseshoe crab shell!
Rader had been doing devotionals in the morning and felt she had received a message from God. The following day, she spotted some odd markings on the crab shell sitting on the porch.
“I went past it and I noticed something, and I looked and it looked like the face of Jesus.”
The image of Jesus caught in the clouds among other places just proves that Jesus’ image can be found anywhere. Those who see these images often see the occurrence as a blessing and a message from God.
