Information Minister Kojo Oppong Nkrumah has reacted to a recent promise made by the main opposition National Democratic Congress (NDC) ahead of the elections on December 7.
The NDC has promised to absorb full fees of 2021 tertiary students if the party wins this year’s elections to form the next government.
This announcement was contained in a press statement issued by the National Chairman of the party, Samuel Ofosu Ampofo on Tuesday, December 1.
But in a tweet reacting to this news, Mr. Oppong Nkrumah said “How does a candidate who wants to be taken seriously announce 6 days to an election that he intends to amend his manifesto? Consistent inconsistency!!”
