An aide to the Gender Minister has debunked reports that Gertrude Quarshigah, the National Coordinator of School Feeding Program has been sacked.
In a social media post sighted by FNN24, the Deputy Director of Communications at the Office of the Vice President of the Republic, Mr. Maxwell Kwabena Asante said Madam Gertrude Quarshigah is still at post.
According to him, an aide to the Minister for Gender and Social Protection Hon. Sarah Adjoa Sarfo, confided in him [Mr. Asante] that Mrs. Quashigah has not been sacked.
He wrote;
“From a credible source, the National Coordinator of Ghana’s School Feeding Programme, Mrs Gertrude Quashigah, has NOT been sacked.”
