Ghanaians celebrate 57-year-old mother for Completing Her BECE Exams

A 57- year-old Madam Elizabeth Yamoah popularly called Auntie Serwaa has successfully and deliberately fulfilled her long overdue dream of completing the Basic Education Certificate Examinations (BECE) yesterday, September 18, 2020

Auntie Serwaa who is also a mother of four grown children rose against to be able to make to see her dream come to pass making her a JHS Graduate regardless.

Madam Elizabeth Yamoah joined the JHS 3 pupil of Agona Odoben Presby Basic “A” Junior High School.

Speaking in an interview with Citi News after she wrote her last paper, Auntie Lizzie, as she is called by her fellow students said she was happy to have taken a bold step towards her dreams of becoming a nurse by writing the BECE.

According to her, the victorious completion of the BECE exam will give her the chance to enter into the Senior High School where she would also sit for the WASSCE then gradually reach out to her childhood dreams of becoming a health personnel.

Many Ghanaians who inspired by her story took on to the various social media to celebrate and praise her for her courage and zeal in writing the exams.
