Jayana wins Female Vocalist of the year at 2020 GUGMA

Ghanaian gospel minstrel, Jayana was on Sunday, 26 July 2020, adjudged the Female Vocalist of the year at the second edition of Ghana Urban Gospel Music Awards [GUGMA].

The ‘Victory’ hitmaker beat competition from Efe Grace, Celestine Donkor, Alexandrah and Pastor Dzifa.

A special highlight of the night was when Jayana took to the stage to minister her current hit songs ‘I Believe’ and ‘Who You Are’.

Born Jemima Annor-Yeboah, Jayana is noted for her soul-touching ministrations, making an immense impact on followers of gospel music.

The colourful event which was held at The Radiant Place, Tesano, Accra saw awe-inspiring performances from promising urban gospel artistes.

Ghana Urban Gospel Music Awards [GUGMA] seeks to award excellence and creativity in the Urban Gospel Music Industry.

Jayana is currently promoting her new single ‘WHO YOU ARE’ which is doing so well.
