Lawyer Philip Addison disqualified from contesting Akuapem North seat

Popular Ghanaian Lawyer, Philip Addison has been disqualified from contesting the Akuapem North seat on the ticket of the ruling New Patriotic Party (NPP).

Prior to his disqualification, the astute Lawyer has painted the whole Akuapem North towns with his printed posters with hopes of representing the Constituency in Parliament.

However, his Parliamentary dream was once again shattered as he was disqualified on the count that he has never made any meaningful contribution to the Party at the constituency.

He would be recalled that the same Philip Addison had lost the Korle Klottey seat in the Greater Accra region during the 2016 elections.

Per projections, it is most likely that incumbent and deputy Minister for Information Nana Ama Dokua Asiamah Adjei will go unopposed for the Akuapem North nod come April 25, 2020.
