Ghanaian broadcast Journalist, Gloria Akpene Acquah popularly known as MzGee, has also resigned from the Multimedia Group.
A report by Ghanaweb.com reveals that her resignation from Kokomlemle-based media organization is effective today, November 1, 2019.
Her resignation from the Multimedia Group follows shortly after Manasseh Awuni Azure and Afia Pokua’s exit this year.
As of now, it is unclear where she heads next, whether she is joining another media house or probably going to pursue another venture.
The now celebrated Entertainment Journalist joined the Multimedia Group in 2014 as a co-producer Daybreak Hitz which is Hitz FM’s four-hour magazine entertainment and lifestyle morning show.
MzGee was later given the opportunity to host ‘Campus’ and ‘Entertainment This Week’ on Hitz FM and anchored Hitz News @1.
She also handled the entertainment segment on JoyNews’ evening bulletin and hosted G-Spot, a relationship TV talk show with celebrities as guests on Joy Prime.
MzGee has covered several high profile programs across the continent including Ghana Music Awards and African Movie Academy Awards.
