The two siblings who were reported missing in Takoradi in the Western region have been found in Accra.
15-year-old Grace Arthur and 13-year-old Benjamin Arthur went missing Saturday morning and the case was reported to the police.
Information is sketchy as to how the children were found in the Greater Accra region, over 220 kilometers away from their home in the Western Region.
A lady who is said to have found them told Connect FM’s Omanbapa morning show on Wednesday that she first spotted the children at Kaneshie First Light area, and after the publications by the various brands under the Media General – TV3, Connect FM, 3news.com and Onua FM – she combed through the area throughout the night to get them.
She said the children were then sent to the Kaneshie Police Station.
The Kaneshie Police is in contact with the Takoradi Central Police to get the kids reunited with their family at Mpintsin, a town in Sekondi/Takoradi metropolis.
Elated mother of the children, Patience Mensah expressed her profuse gratitude to the Media General when she spoke to Connect FM for the role the media outfit played in finding the kids.
