Veteran Ghanaian actress, Grace Omaboe popularly known as Maame Dokono has cautioned female celebrities to stay away from marriage if they can’t stay humble and respect their husbands.
In an interview with Kumasi-based Abusua FM, the actress advised that marriage is about being humble and patient and not something you want to go into because you’re a star or celebrity.
She said;
“Be patient, be humble, and stop being arrogant because of the little money you have. If you think you can’t do all these, then why don’t you stay alone?
“If you think you are a star so you can go around with different men just as you like then do not marry in the first place”.
The renowned filmmaker further stated that women should understand that, their husbands are always the first priority to them before any other thing.
Still, on female celebrities, Maame Dokono advised that they should consider taking their husbands to their place of work for them to understand them more.
