A leading member of the New Patriotic Party (NPP), Hopeson Adorye has asked Prophet Kofi Oduro to render an apology to President Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo.
It could be recalled Prophet Kofi Oduro in one of his sermons called the president a hypocrite for not accepting responsibility for the spike in COVID-19 numbers.
The outspoken man of God stated that political activities contributed greatly to the high numbers of COVID-19 cases being recorded in the country.
Against this background, the husband of Empress Gifty Adorye has called on Prophet Oduro to immediately apologize to the President for calling him a hypocrite.
Hopeson Adorye argued in a Facebook video that President Akufo-Addo couldn’t have halted the 2020 general elections because of the Covid-19 pandemic.
