Ghanaian rapper Edem, born Denning Edem Hotor has caused a stir on social media following his latest post on Ghana Music Rights Organization (GHAMRO).
In a social media post, Edem has served notice that he’s no longer a member of the Ghana Music Rights Organization
According to the Ewe lyricist, he has stopped being a member of GHAMRO unless the association pays him his actual royalties.
Edem further stated that his disassociation from the organization would be officially communicated in due time just to set the records straight.
He wrote;
Until I am are Paid according to what I deserve and not what GHAMRO deems Fit and Artiste are paid right…I DENOUNCE MY GHAMRO” MEMBERSHIP. I would make it official in the days to come #MOODSWINGS #WalktheTalk #GBEVUNATION #EDEM
