Former President John Mahama has described as worse President Akufo-Addo’s decision to lift the partial lockdown when the confirmed cases are on the rise.
In a tweet, John Dramani stated clearly that many health officials and even some citizens in the country have advocated for the extension of the partial lockdown while others suggest a total lockdown of the country.
He tweeted;
Recent developments have made it clear, the extent of the spread of the virus. The last report put the number of confirmed cases at 834. Many health experts continue to suggest the necessity and appropriateness of an extension of the restrictions on movement.”

President Nana Addo-Dankwa Akufo Addo in his 7th address of the Nation on coronavirus, he lifted the partial lockdown imposed in some parts of the country despite the advice of John Mahama.
He, however, stated that the ban on all social gatherings and the closure of all schools is still working.
