Outspoken Ghanaian Reggae musician and Radio Host, Abubakar Ahmed popularly known as Blakk Rasta has angrily urged the youth to vote what he described as “Sleeping” Akufo-Addo from power.
His appeal comes on the back of the just ended Russian-Africa Summit 2020 where Nana Addo Dankwa Akufo-Addo was spotted sleeping during the convention.
In anger, the Zylofon Presenter who felt the president has disgraced Ghanaians by sleeping at the summit has appealed to Ghanaians while hosting his popular Taxi Driver show last Thursday to vote massively against Akufo-Addo in order to remove him from power in 2020.
“… President Akufo-Addo went to Russian to sleep. He has disgraced every Ghana. We must remove sleeping Akufo-Addo from power now.”
Blakk Rasta took the chance to task the Ghanaian youth to rise up and fight for the future noting that the old men have nothing better to offer.
“… the youth must rise and fight for their future. We can’t leave our future into the hands of these old men who have nothing to offer.”
