Stonebwoy, Davido, King Promise, and a few others have been billed to perform at the Yam Carnival in London.
Yam Carnival, which was due to make its inaugural appearance last year but got derailed due to Covid, will take place on Saturday, August 28 — the latest event scheduled for what could turn out to be a huge bank holiday weekend in the capital.
Nigerian superstar, Davido will be the headline artiste with support from Stonebwoy and King Promise.
Other performers include Omah Lay, Patoranking, Rema, Femi Kuti, Fally Ipupa, Pa Salieu, and Yemi Alade.
A statement from the organizers reads;
“a mouthwatering array of food & drink from around the world – sampling in those special dishes that we’ve all come to know and love. From top African-influenced food trucks and chefs from around London, expect contemporary bites and traditional home comforts all setting up shop at Yam Carnival this August.”
