Entertainment critic, Benedict Jahface says the highly-hyped Stonebwoy’s 1GAD song has failed to meet the expectations of many Ghanaians especially music enthusiasts.
Stonebwoy yesterday released his highly-anticipated single titled 1gad but unfortunately the song could not meet the expectations of Ghanaians as many think it is below the belt.
One Entertainment critic, Benedict Jahface in a Facebook post sighted by FNN24 has outlined some possible reasons why the song could not meet their expectations.
He posted;
1Gad by Stonebwoy hasn’t been able to meet expectations looking at how it was highly anticipated and looking it through the lenses of People Dey, Migraine, Not Scared, No Sir etc.
It clearly shows depreciation and lack of putting the dynamics into appreciations. It’s obviously not a Dancehall production but the lyrics are catchy and groovy. Looking at the records both street beats and beatz Dakay has with Stonebwoy, one needs no rocket scientist to tell that Dakay is good with his Dancehall productions and street beats with afrobeats.
With this genuine concern, we can only hope to feel the real Dancehall next time. YaadSettingz
