Suhuyini wants party vigilante groups disbanded as he chronicles origin of Azorka Boys

The Member of Parliament for the Tamale North Constituency, Alhaji Suhuyini Alhassan, has stated quite strongly the need for political parties in Ghana to have disbanded vigilante groups a long time ago.

According to the National Democratic Congress (NDC) MP, he is not in a position to speak for his party on its position on vigilantism but would on his own accord want an end to the act.

Speaking on TV3’s New Day Wednesday, Mr. Suhuyini tells the history of the Azorka Boys, a group is known to be pro-NDC but suggested the New Patriotic Party (NPP) took a cue and eventually institutionalized the act.
